Exchange and return of goods

If the fit or size of the item does not suit you, there is an exchange or return option. However, this must be done within 14 days of receipt of the parcel and also inform us before sending the item back by emailing info@flamenell.com or instagram flamenell.

Each package’s contents are carefully inspected before dispatch, but if you happen to receive a damaged or incorrect item by accident, please inform us immediately by email: info@flamenell.com or on instagram flamenell.

Please keep us informed of all facts. If, after receiving the goods, we discover damage or any soiling of which we have not been informed, it is not possible for the goods to be subject to a claim or return.

 

EXCHANGE OF GOODS

Right at the beginning it is necessary to mention that the goods you ordered may be the last piece, or it will not be possible to exchange the goods for a larger/smaller size due to the stock of the desired piece. In this case, we also ask you to contact us via email: info@flamenell.com or on instagram flamenell, where we will discuss with you all the alternatives and take care of your satisfaction.

If the goods are judged to be damaged, they will be returned to your address without replacement.

The goods must be returned properly packed in an envelope or box to prevent damage to the goods.

The goods must not have been used or washed in any way.

If the goods are assessed as damaged, they will be returned to your address without refund.
